The conference is jointly organised by the Centre for Global Development at the University of Leeds and the Centre for Applied Human Rights at the University of York under the auspices of the WUN Transformative Justice Network.

The conference aims to bridge the worlds of scholarship, practice and policy-making and to provide a platform for knowledge exchange leading to improved access to justice for the poor and marginalised.

Panel one - A panel of experts will discuss legal empowerment and current trends in alternative strategies for increasing access to justice in post conflict societies.

Panel two - A panel of experts will discuss gender-based violence and justice in post conflict settings.

Additional information on conference panels will be added to this site shortly
