How WUN supports international collaboration

WUN helps to build and accelerate the development of international communities and facilitate the development of substantial proposals – we provide pump-priming funding, administrative and project management support, and access to information, facilities and resources across the partnership; we also provide access to contacts at various levels within our partners.

To date we have helped partners to win almost $40 Million and we have around 70 substantive activity areas in research, education training and outreach – we are also active across the university landscape from Spintronics to Medieval Studies. Over 3000 individuals are currently engaged in taking forward WUN activities and we have made over 600 awards under the WUN Research Mobility Program to foster international overseas experiences for graduate students and other early career professional.
